THE FIRST CALIFORNIAN MEXICAN CONCEPT RESTAURANT OPENS ON WEST BEACH

The iconic Palm Jumeirah saw a new addition to its culinary scene with  Señor Pico, a  first  restaurant to dish out Mexican-Early Californian cuisine. With delicious flavors from Mexico, Señor Pico serves some memorable fusion fare, signature cocktails, and an inviting casual atmosphere. 

New to Dubai, the legendary restaurant concept first opened in San Francisco in 1964. Created by world-famous Victor ‘Trader Vic’ Bergeron, Señor Pico was inspired by Bergeron’s travels to Mexico, where he explored the culture and experienced it’s fresh and vivid dishes. Those flavors coupled with the historic influence of California cuisine evoked a passion for multiculturism that is still celebrated today.

With colorful interiors and unparalleled beachfront views of Dubai Marina,  Señor Pico’s menu features reimagined classics and new favorites – all with a vibrant and spicy streak. Aromatic spices, key ingredients and flavors, “chiles” and avocados are sourced from Jalisco and Michoacan states of Mexico, ensuring authentic flavors. 

The signature centerpiece of the restaurant is a vibrant open kitchen, with the welcoming aroma of freshly cooked tortillas and a live Pastor rotisserie, giving you  a front row seat to all the action. The restaurant promises a treat for all the senses, where diners cannot only taste the delicious food, but also enjoy the Instagrammable interiors as they revel in the cool breeze.
