W Dubai – The Palm’s signature Italian restaurant, Torno Subito, has opened a stunning beach venue, Lido by Torno Subito, where the vibe is sophisticated yet laidback.

Chef Massimo Bottura’s first restaurant outside of Italy will welcomes guests to its panoramic beach, bringing a true taste of Italian Riviera to The Palm. Open daily from 11:00am – 11:00pm, Lido by Torno Subito offers the perfect place to take advantage of the incredible weather, with a selection of colourful beach cabanas and sun loungers for guests to choose from, a beach bar serving up carefully curated cocktails and bevvies, and a delicious food menu, featuring an array of mouth-watering Italian dishes and bites.

Reminiscent of 1960’s Italy, beach access to Lido by Torno Subito is 100 AED per person and includes a sun lounger and complimentary water. From 11:00am – 5:00pm, day guests can discover the food menu and indulge in a selection of dishes originating from the North to the South of Italy, such as Torno Subito’s famous Modern Salad, Rock Lobster Roll, Piadina on the Beach, Lasagna Al Ragu, or Pizzetta Marinara.

As the sun goes down a traditional and playful Aperitivo kicks in from 5:00pm-7:00pm, with Lido by Torno Subito’s fabulous Beach Aperitivo offer. For AED 125 per person, guests can enjoy two signature bevvies, such as Modena Spritz, Bellezza or Dolce Vita and dive into a selection of sharing bites, including Mozzarella in Carrozza, Pizza Fritta ‘Montanara’ and Parmigiano & Aceto. With a cash bar available from 11:00am-11:00pm, Lido by Torno Subito is the perfect place to take in those magical hours, Italian style.
