It’s El Chiringuito but not as you may have come to know it. Following in the footsteps of it’s Ibiza sister, El Chringuito Dubai launches ‘ECD BY NIGHT’. A laid back, Ibiza-esque, affair, drenched in nothing but Dubai’s city lights and candlelight, on the newly built beach terrace, a few steps from the waters edge.

With an amazing new menu, comes a new head Chef – Argentinian Chef Diego Sebastian Moreno. El Chiringuito through and through, his passion for food is infectious (he dedicates it all to his ‘Mamma’ #swoon) and this beautifully curated menu is testament to his dedication in the kitchen.

With dishes like grill roasted smoked aubergine served with homemade hummus and pesto, Tuna tartare with coriander and avocado puré to start, followed by wood fired black angus filet mignon, sea bass in salt with fennel jus and roasted potatoes.
