Catch NYC the contemporary American seafood- restaurant has become synonymous with the trendsetting area in which it was created – NYC’s Manhattan Meatpacking District. Catch Dubai is the brand’s second global location based inside the iconic Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road. The stylish restaurant, best known for serving innovative dishes in an ultra-cool setting emulates a spirit of industrial modernism, with exposed brick walls plastered with graffiti, soft furnishings and an open sushi kitchen in the middle of the dining room. The increasingly popular sharing concept is at the heart of the menu which features a selection of sushi rolls, plus various seafood and fish dishes with an Asian influence and gourmet flair. New York City chef Bobby Griffing runs the kitchen, some of his personal delicious dishes on the menu include truffle –fried rice, maki rolls and my personal favorite signature deviled eggs.
